What to do about allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease, manifesting sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, nasal congestion and headache, etc. Children are often accompanied by adenoid hypertrophy, resulting in snoring, sleep disturbance, irritability and so on.
