Secondly, esophageal foreign body sensation can also occur, especially in the case of reflux esophagitis and esophageal cancer, and if the esophageal cancer continues to worsen, progressive swallowing difficulties will occur, and gastroscopy should be performed in time to exclude organic lesions. Thirdly, psychological factors: there is no organic lesion, but there may be foreign body sensation and choking sensation, which is caused by psychological factors and is a functional problem, and psychological guidance should be carried out.
