The normal reference value of H. pylori indicator is 0-110dpm, generally through the carbon 13 or carbon 14 breath test, after taking the capsule orally, wait for 15 minutes to check, then exhale, and monitor the amount of carbon 13 or carbon 14 in the exhaled gas through the monitoring card to indirectly reflect the active degree of H. pylori in the stomach. This is not a reflection of how much H. pylori is actually present, but only a reflection of how active H. pylori is or is not, based on which further determination of the H. pylori can be made. If the dpm is greater than 700, anti-H. pylori drug treatment is needed, the common clinical use of gastric triplex or gastric quadruplex drugs. If dpm is less than 200, no special treatment needs to be given and continued clinical observation can be considered. For between 200-700, it needs to be combined with gastroscopy, and if there are ulcers and erosions, anti-H. pylori medication also needs to be given.
