How long does it usually take for a kidney stone 0.5mm to be expelled?

Kidney stone 0.5mm can be expelled by itself, but the exact time of expulsion is not clear. A 0.5mm kidney stone is not large, and the stone can fall out of the calyx into the ureter by itself, and fall into the bladder after passing through the 3 physiological stenoses of the ureter. When the stone enters the bladder, the discharge time is about 1-2 days, during which the presence of gravel-like material in the urine, i.e. kidney stone, can be found. However, it is impossible to estimate exactly when the stone falls into the ureter. Some of the stones are in the lower pole of the renal calyx, which is relatively stable and difficult to detach from the calyx. In addition, patients can take drugs with antispasmodic and analgesic effects, such as StoneTone, to assist in stone discharge during the process of stone lowering. In addition, patients should pay attention to drink more water and do some jumping movements during the process of stone discharge, which can promote stone discharge.
