How to maintain and protect the stomach

Stop smoking and limit alcohol.
Get into the habit of eating regularly, eat regularly, eat small meals and avoid overeating.
Eat in moderation, prefer light, warm and soft foods, and eat less food that can cause mechanical and chemical irritation to the gastric mucosa, and pay attention to ensuring balanced nutrition. Avoid eating mouldy, pickled, smoked, fried and fast food. Avoid excessive salt intake, recommended to be less than 6g per day for adults.
Do not drink excessive amounts of strong tea and coffee for long periods of time.
