Patients with biliary complications after in situ liver transplantation are welcome to consult me. Our department is one of the important liver transplantation centers in Shandong Province, and currently ranks first in the province in terms of the number of cases and experience in endoscopic management of biliary complications after in situ liver transplantation. We have successfully performed retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for many patients with biliary complications after liver transplantation in our hospital and outside hospitals, and placed nasobiliary drainage tubes (ERBDs) and biliary stents (ERBDs) according to different situations, and successfully removed biliary stones. It effectively solved the difficulties after liver transplantation and delayed the time of second liver transplantation. This technology won the hospital’s 2009 New Technology Award.
