1. Patients with low-risk prostate cancer and short life expectancy Stage≤T2a, PSA<10, GS≤6 Advanced prostate cancer treatment complications and risks outweigh life extension 2. Patients with clinically focal prostate cancer (e.g. choose watchful waiting treatment) must understand and accept the risk of local progression and metastasis. 3.Watchful waiting treatment observation index: 3-6 months follow-up, shorten follow-up interval if necessary ( PSA, DRE, review ultrasound, MRI and other imaging if necessary) 4.Progressive patients are referred to other treatments.
