Case characteristics: 1. Xiao Wang, male, 30 years old. He had no special symptoms such as urinary frequency, urinary urgency, painful urination and difficulty in urination, etc. Three years ago, he visited the local hospital and no sperm was detected in the routine semen tests. Later, no sperm was detected in bilateral testicular biopsies. Since then, he has not received any treatment.
