When the warts occur in the perianal area, because of its special location, the skin mucous membrane folds, early not easy to be found, to the patient to see the warts often multiple, or even fusion, treatment is difficult, recurrence rate is high, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. The actual cost is expensive, so the clinical treatment has some limitations. In order to quickly remove the patient’s perianal warts and reduce the recurrence rate, we jointly use high-frequency ionization and ALA-PDT to treat patients with perianal warts, first using high-frequency ionization to quickly and thoroughly remove the warts, and then supplemented by ALA-PDT to eliminate local subclinical HPV infection, which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminata, shorten the course of the disease, reduce pain and reduce treatment costs.
