The after-effects of silicone rhinoplasty mainly include the following: 1) infection may occur, 2) prosthesis may wear out from the tip of the nose; 3) translucency may occur and the prosthesis may be seen; 3) skewing and asymmetry may occur after rhinoplasty; other complications may also occur after rhinoplasty, so silicone rhinoplasty must be operated strictly aseptically, and the placement cavity must be separated large enough and evenly during the operation. The edges need to be separated in place, otherwise there may be depressions and shadows on both sides of the dorsum of the prosthesis nose.
