What is the flesh on the legs jumping

The vast majority of patients have benign myofibrillation, medically known as “benign myofibrillation syndrome”. It is a common neurological condition that is characterized by involuntary muscle twitching in localized muscles of the body. It is most often seen in the face and extremities and does not progress to other serious neurological disorders. Flesh throbbing can occur only locally – in small groups of muscles, such as involuntary fluttering of the eyelids, or it can be widespread involving the limbs or the whole body. Most people experience some degree of flesh throbbing throughout their lives. Exercise, acute viral infections, anxiety, and drug use can cause benign myofibroblastic syndrome.
