Yin deficiency with fire and fluid loss is known as yin deficiency in Chinese medicine and can occur in multiple internal organs, including lung yin deficiency, heart yin deficiency, spleen and stomach yin deficiency, liver yin deficiency, and kidney yin deficiency. It can be regulated through Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
1. Lung yin deficiency: dry cough, dry throat, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up). 3. Yin deficiency of the spleen and stomach: dry mouth and lips, lack of appetite, dry stools, red tongue with little moss, and fine pulse. Adopting the treatment of nourishing Yin and stomach, the Chinese medicine prescription chooses the treatment of Yi Stomach Tang, which is composed of Chinese medicines such as Radix Panax Ginseng, Ophiopogon, Radix et Rhizoma Shengdi, etc.; acupuncture chooses Sanyinjiao, Spleen Yu and other acupoints.
4. Liver Yin deficiency. Headache, dizziness, tinnitus, irritability, red tongue with little moss, and fine pulse. Adopt the treatment of nourishing liver yin, Chinese medicine prescription use liver tonic soup treatment; acupuncture use Chengshan, Yanglingquan and other points.
5. Kidney yin deficiency: soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, hot flashes and night sweating, spermatorrhea, dizziness and tinnitus, red tongue with little moss, and fine pulse. The treatment of nourishing kidney yin is adopted, and the Chinese medicine prescription is Zuo Gui Pill; acupuncture is used at Taixi and Guanyuan points.
