Patients with liver cancer, especially early-stage liver cancer, can be routinely detected by color ultrasound. The ultrasound report of early-stage liver cancer can reveal hypoechoic nodules of less than 1 cm with unclear borders and uneven echogenicity, and can see small satellite foci around them. It is possible to see the occupying lesion with abundant blood flow signal and mild enlargement of lymph nodes around the liver portal area. The description of the ultrasound report may indicate the possibility of early stage liver cancer, but ultrasound cannot be the final diagnosis of early stage liver cancer. Pathological puncture of occupying lesions of liver tumors should be done under ultrasound intervention or CT guidance, which is the most accurate index for diagnosing early stage liver cancer.
