Regarding the criteria for liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma, there is no unified standard internationally. The first one is Milan standard, which requires that the diameter of single cancer foci is not >5cm, or the number of multiple cancer foci is not more than 3, and the largest diameter cannot be >3cm, and the tumor does not have large intrahepatic vascular invasion and distant metastasis. 2008, China proposed Hangzhou standard, which includes: Category A refers to tumor diameter ≤8cm, or tumor diameter >8cm, but AFP ≤100μg/mL. Category B refers to tumor diameter >8cm and methemoglobin in 100-400μg/mL.
