What are the blood immune disorders

Hematological immune diseases are the immune diseases in the blood system, and the common ones are primary immune thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, autoimmune hemolytic anemia and so on.
1. Primary immune thrombocytopenia: it is an acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease, in which platelet autoantibodies can be detected in the body, and the main characteristic is the decrease of platelet count in peripheral blood without obvious triggers.
2. Aplastic anemia: a kind of bone marrow hematopoietic failure, it is currently believed that the bone marrow damage caused by abnormal activation and hyperfunction of T lymphocytes plays a major role in primary acquired aplastic anemia, which is mainly manifested by anemia, hemorrhage and infection.
3. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia: the body’s immune regulation disorders, the production of their own anti-red blood cell antibodies or complement, and with the red blood cell membrane antigen binding, so that the red blood cell destruction caused by the increase of hemolytic anemia, can be divided into warm antibody type, cold antibody type, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria and warm and cold antibody mixed type.
There are also less common immune disorders such as acquired hemophilia A and acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. It is recommended to consult a doctor in time for the appearance of physical discomfort and standardized diagnosis and treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor.
