Pulmonary epithelioid angioendothelioma (PEH), also known as endovascular fine bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, is four times more common in women than in men. The disease is rare and the choice of treatment options is limited. 1. Surgery: it is suitable for cases with single or few lesions, and the recurrence rate after surgery is 10-20%. However, most patients have multiple foci in both lungs, and there is no indication for surgery. 2.Chemotherapy: there is no uniform chemotherapy program, and the side effects are large, the efficacy is not precise. The drugs for treatment include: cyclophosphamide, isocyclophosphamide, etoposide, gemcitabine, docetaxel, vincristine, 5-FU, adriamycin, cisplatin, glucocorticosteroids and so on. 3.Radiotherapy: due to the slow growth of tumor cells, it has low and medium sensitivity to radiotherapy and poor efficacy. 4.Immunotherapy.
