Heel pain is kidney yang deficiency or kidney yin deficiency

Heel pain can be seen in Kidney Yin deficiency or Kidney Yang deficiency. However, heel pain is not always caused by Kidney Yin or Kidney Yang deficiency. Heel pain caused by kidney yang deficiency is also accompanied by dizziness, pale or grayish-black color, lumbar and knee pain, coldness, depression, loss of libido; impotence and premature ejaculation in men, infertility in women; prolonged ejaculation of stools, and undigested food in the stools, and so on. Heel pain caused by kidney yin deficiency is often accompanied by lumbar and knee pain, spermatorrhea in men, menorrhagia or amenorrhea in women, loose teeth and hair, dizziness, tinnitus, five heart heat (two hearts and two feet, and consciously hot heart), hot flashes (a burst of heat), zygomatic (cheeks and cheekbones of the color of redness), and so on.
