In Chinese medicine, various emotional changes in the human body are categorized as “joy, anger, worry, thought, grief, fear and fear”, which are referred to as the “seven emotions”. Under normal circumstances, the seven emotions are only people’s emotional reactions to various external stimuli, and generally do not have etiological significance, but only when a certain emotional change is too radical, too frequent or persistently unresolved, resulting in the internal organs of the qi disorder, only then become the cause of disease. Among the many illnesses in which the emotional factor affects the qi flow, the liver qi disorder is the most prominent. Because Chinese medicine believes that the liver is the commander-in-chief of the regulation of the emotions, the liver is the master of draining, its main role is to unblock the qi and blood, regulate the emotions, promote the secretion and excretion of bile, and assist the spleen and stomach digestion. Its main function is to promote the secretion and excretion of bile and assist the spleen and stomach in digestion. According to Chinese medicine, the occurrence of liver cancer is related to the imbalance of yin and yang of the body caused by dampness and heat or long-term dietary disorder, excessive alcohol consumption, and internal injuries caused by the seven emotions. The deficiency of positive qi and the attack of evil qi in the liver will lead to liver cancer, which is caused by the stagnation of liver qi, obstruction of qi flow, poor blood flow and the formation of lumps of phlegm and stasis. Therefore, in the recovery of liver cancer, emotional regulation is very important. Keeping an optimistic mood, avoiding worry and anger, and having firm confidence in overcoming the disease are conducive to the recovery of the disease. For liver cancer patients, they can do some simple qigong to achieve the purpose of liver relaxation and qi regulation. The following two qigong exercises are easy to practice.
