Vaginal bleeding, or vaginal discharge, usually recovers on its own about 1 month after the birth of a child, and the reproductive system recovers completely 42-56 days after delivery. It is often caused by pathological changes in the pelvic cavity or repeated damage to the birth canal and muscle relaxation. It is often manifested as frequent vaginal gas discharge, similar to farting, which is uncontrollable and continuous with sound in severe cases. If the symptoms are mild, they can be relieved by strengthening nutrition and physical fitness, actively training the muscles of the pelvic floor, anus and vagina to contract, or using Chinese herbal medicine to replenish qi and blood. The effect is usually obvious and can return to normal in about 1 month. If symptoms persist for more than 1 month without relief or even worsen, it is recommended to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital in time to improve pelvic floor examination and take relevant treatment as soon as possible. In addition, mothers with vaginal exhaustion after delivery should keep their vulva and vagina clean and hygienic; usually drink more water, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to avoid constipation.
