1.Dysfunction of digestive tract Some changes can be found in the digestive tract in early stage of liver cancer, such as loss of appetite, upper abdominal fullness after meals, or even nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, so it is easy to be misdiagnosed. 2. Mass in upper abdomen If an adult aged 30 or above can easily touch a mass in the right upper abdomen and upper abdomen with hard texture, uneven and smooth surface and poor mobility, and the tendency of enlargement is obvious after a period of continuous observation, but the patient has no obvious conscious symptoms and discomfort, a comprehensive examination should be done, and it is likely to be liver cancer. 3. Bleeding tendency In early stage of liver cancer, there will be bleeding tendency such as gum bleeding and subcutaneous bruising, while in middle and late stage, there will also be gastrointestinal bleeding, which is mainly caused by rupture of esophagogastric fundic varices due to portal hypertension.
