Symptoms of small cell lung cancer in late stage include the following: 1. symptoms of primary disease: mainly cough, coughing sputum, hemoptysis, fever, chest tightness, progressive wasting; 2. metastatic symptoms: lesions may metastasize to central nervous system, lymph nodes, abdominal cavity, bones with symptoms such as lymph node enlargement and bone destruction; 3. paraneoplastic syndrome: causing symptoms of endocrine system, such as Cushing’s syndrome, pestle finger, hypocalcemia, anemia, granulocytosis, erythrocyte hyperplasia and platelet hyperplasia.
