What can I do to save you, my spine?

Cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis have become more and more common. From the original middle-aged and elderly diseases to the previous years of white-collar disease, and even now the student disease! The age of onset is getting younger and younger and more and more frequent. From the point of view of the cause, the popularization of electronic products, the increase in the burden of schoolwork of young people, the reduction of sports. This is certainly the most direct cause. However, long-term cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis will eventually give birth to variable evidence. The theoretical basis for the generation of variation is “long term illness will lead to deficiency”, “long term illness will lead to stasis” and “long term illness and kidney”, however, how clinicians look at the generated variation and whether they can have corresponding treatment measures according to the variation is the current issue. However, the most important issue that needs to be solved is how the clinicians view the variant evidence and whether there are corresponding treatment measures according to the variant evidence. In the past two years, I have not published any articles, and I have done two things during this period. The first is to re-examine the causes and symptoms of these two diseases, and the second is to find ways to treat these diseases. “I have always been influenced by the theory of “holistic concept and evidence-based treatment”. The problems of the cervical spine and lumbar spine should have their internal pathological basis and abnormalities in the function of the internal organs, so if the local problems are dealt with alone, the efficacy and recovery of the patient will be affected. When I was a graduate student, Prof. Shen Guoquan said, “A Tui Na doctor should have the same precise thinking as an internist and the same precise technique as a surgeon”. Different understanding of the disease will definitely lead to different treatment methods, which will result in different efficacy.
