The resting time after gastroscopic polypectomy is related to the size, location and trauma size of polyps, and cannot be generalized. If the polyps are smaller in size, less than 1 cm, the number of polyps is small, and they are not neuroendocrine tumors, mesenchymal tumors, or smooth muscle tumors, the recovery time may only take 2-3 days. Patients should pay attention to a light diet after gastroscopic polyp surgery. In the early postoperative period, they can eat cold fluids, etc. After a period of adaptation, they can eat semi-liquid after about 3 days to 1 week. After surgery, we should avoid eating spicy and stimulating, too greasy food, but we need to pay attention to nutritional balance to help the organism recover as soon as possible.
