The patient was a 66-year-old male who came to the hospital for more than a month with pain and discomfort in the left upper middle abdomen. Ultrasound revealed a left hepatic occupancy and was admitted to the ward with consideration of primary liver cancer. After admission, he underwent CT examination, and the following are his CT photos. It can be seen that his left liver was obviously enlarged and occupied by a huge tumor, which was 8.9×6.9 cm in size. After the pre-surgical preparation, the left half of the liver was resected and this is the photo of the tumor: the surgery went well and the patient recovered well and was discharged from the hospital. He was re-admitted to the hospital in one month after the surgery for interventional treatment to prevent the recurrence of liver cancer.
