Liver cancer is a malignant tumor, not a contagious disease, and there is no source of infection, so eating together will not lead to liver cancer. Liver cancer is caused by the primary growth of tumor on the liver. Generally, when the tumor is small, the patient may not have any symptoms, but when the tumor grows up, it may invade the peritoneum of the liver and cause distension and pain in the right upper abdomen. During the examination, it can be found that there is a mass on the top of the liver, and during the enhancement CT, it can be found that in the arterial phase, there is enhancement at the edge of the mass, and in the portal phase or delayed phase, the enhancement will subside soon. A large proportion of patients with significantly elevated AFP values, usually over 400 μg/L or even over 500 μg/L, are recommended to undergo tumor resection after diagnosis.
