What are the surgical options for diabetic foot?

1.Vascular intervention or artificial vascular graft surgery: It is the preferred treatment option for patients with ischemic diabetic foot, which can quickly and effectively improve the blood supply to the limb, relieve resting pain and control the development of trauma. 2. Incision and drainage dilation surgery: It can effectively reduce the adverse stimulation of abscess on the trauma and enable the patient’s local and systemic infection to be effectively controlled, and can be combined with toe amputation, bone biting and debridement surgery if necessary. 3.Limb amputation surgery: When the trauma surface is ulcerated, gangrene and infection is serious, accompanied by severe resting pain, conservative treatment cannot effectively control the condition and threaten the patient’s life, life preservation can be obtained through amputation surgery.
