Symptoms of nephritis in men

The symptoms of nephritis in men are divided into two main conditions, primary glomerulonephritis and secondary glomerulonephritis. Primary glomerulonephritis is further divided into various manifestations such as acute nephritis, chronic nephritis, acute progressive nephritis and occult nephritis. The common clinical symptoms are proteinuria, hematuria, swelling and hypertensive manifestations such as headache and dizziness, and acute progressive nephritis may also present with oliguria or even anuria. If combined with renal failure, symptoms such as chest tightness, breathlessness, nausea and vomiting may occur. If it is secondary nephritis, such as lupus nephritis, it often also combines with symptoms such as hair loss, mouth ulcers, and skin erythema. In the case of purpura nephritis, there will also be joint pain and skin purpura corresponding clinical manifestations.
