The difference between simple nephropathy and nephritic nephropathy is that their clinical manifestations are different. Simple nephropathy syndrome mainly refers to patients with the clinical manifestations of nephrotic syndrome, such as patients with large amounts of proteinuria, 24h urine protein quantification greater than 3.5 grams, hypoproteinemia, plasma albumin less than 30g/L, and may be combined with edema and hyperlipidemia. Nephrotic nephrotic syndrome is a nephrotic condition caused by primary glomerulonephritis. Patients not only have the clinical manifestations of simple nephrotic syndrome mentioned above, but also have the clinical manifestations of nephritis, such as hematuria and azotemia, and may also have a decrease in complement C3. When patients undergo pathological examination, they may show a series of pathological changes such as microscopic lesions, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis or thylakoid hyperplasia or membranoproliferative.
