Postoperative care of appendicitis: I. Postoperative monitoring, the changes of blood pressure, pulse, respiration, body temperature and other indicators should be closely observed after appendicitis. Second, tube care, if the patient is left with an abdominal drainage tube after surgery, it should be prevented from accidental dislodgement, flip or pressure to prevent obstruction and keep the drainage flowing smoothly. Third, postoperatively, pay attention to observe whether there is active bleeding, whether there is incisional infection, whether there is deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs and other complications. Keep the incision dressing dry and change the dressing timely when there is exudation. Advise patients to get out of bed early after surgery to promote blood circulation, prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis, promote recovery of gastrointestinal function, and prevent postoperative intestinal adhesions.
