The clinical presentation of prostate cancer varies greatly and is related to the staging of the tumor. The latent and insidious types have no local symptoms. The clinical type has local symptoms similar to those of prostate hyperplasia. 1. In the early stage, the patient does not have a little feature and symptom. As the disease progresses, the patient may notice the following: (1) frequent and urgent urination. (2) Urinary retention. (3) A pungent sensation when urinating. (4) Difficulty forming a urine stream. (5) Hematuria. (6) Painful urination. (7) Bone pain, etc. Patients with advanced prostate cancer may also have the following complications: (1) Bone tumor metastasis. (2) Paraneoplastic syndrome. (3) High blood calcium level. (4) Pain. (5) High uric acid. (6) Swelling of the legs. 2.There are also some people who have no symptoms in early stage. Symptoms appear only when the cancer causes obstruction of bladder neck and urethra. Some patients are seen with metastatic symptoms, which are manifested as low back pain, sciatica, etc. Therefore, prostate cancer should be excluded for metastatic cancer with unknown primary focus in men. When invading the bladder neck and urethra, there will be urethral stricture symptoms, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain, hematuria, difficulty in urination, etc. Patients have chronic wasting symptoms, such as wasting, weakness and anemia. Patients with these symptoms should seek medical attention as soon as possible and choose a regular large hospital.
