The clinical presentation of prostate cancer varies greatly and is related to the staging of the tumor. The latent and insidious types have no local symptoms. The clinical type has local symptoms similar to those of prostate hyperplasia. In the early stages, the patient does not have any features or symptoms. Some people do not have symptoms in the early stage. Symptoms appear only when the cancer causes obstruction of the bladder neck and urethra. Some patients are seen with metastatic symptoms, which are manifested as low back pain and sciatica. Therefore, prostate cancer should be excluded for metastatic cancer with unknown primary focus in men. When invading the bladder neck and urethra, there will be urethral stricture symptoms, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain, hematuria, difficulty in urination, etc. Patients have chronic wasting symptoms, such as wasting, weakness and anemia.
