Oral propranolol: Usage: 1.0 mg/kg on day 1, 1.5 mg/kg on day 2, 2.0 mg/kg on day 3, divided into 2-3 times, 6 months as a course of treatment, the dose is gradually reduced to 1.5 mg/kg per day on day 1, 1 mg/kg on day 2, and then discontinued. Indications: It is more effective for cavernous hemangioma and strawberry hemangioma which is larger in scope and cannot be operated. Adverse effects: bradycardia, gastrointestinal reactions, rash, hypotension, hypoglycemia. Oral hormone: commonly used drug is prednisone Dosage: abroad, the initial dose is 4mg/kg, qd, for 3 weeks, gradually reduce to stop in the 4th to 8th week; domestic, 3~5mg/kg, qod, for 8 weeks, reduce the dose by 1/2 in the 9th week, 10mg per dose in the 10th week, 5mg per dose in the 11th week, stop in the 12th week, the same course can be repeated in 4~6 weeks. Indications: Indicated for more limited lesions on the head and face, perineum, and finger (toe) joints that are difficult to treat by other methods. The effect on vascular malformations is not obvious. Adverse effects: full moon face, inhibition of growth, infection. Pingyangmycin injection: Dosage: superficial, concentration 1mg/ml, one dose not more than 4mg; deep, 1.5~2mg/ml, one dose not more than 8mg. Pingyangmycin 8mg combined with 2% lidocaine 3ml, dexamethasone 5mg/1ml dilution. The drug is injected along different directions in a radial pattern while entering the needle. 20 days injected once, 4 times for a course of treatment. Indications: Smaller hemangiomas, facial hemangiomas, hemangiomas that do not respond well to laser treatment or oral hormone. Advantages: short course of treatment, low dosage, easy to deal with complications, no scar formation, no obvious toxic side effects. Adverse effects: fever, gastrointestinal reactions, lip hemangioma in the oral cavity prone to ulceration, pulmonary fibrosis (rare). Interferon injection: Usage: Interferon-α-2b subcutaneous injection 3 million IU/m2?times (body surface area), subcutaneous injection 5 times/week for 3 months. It can also be injected intratumorally, 1~3 million IU/m2?times, once a day in the first week, and once a week thereafter, for 8 weeks. Indications: Effective for all stages of hemangioma. Disadvantages: high cost, long treatment time, flu-like symptoms, hypogranulocytosis, neurotoxic, can cause epilepsy.
