Precautions after cervical conization

1.Bleeding: Generally speaking, about two weeks after surgery, due to the tension of the sutures gradually disappears, so many patients will have a small amount of vaginal bleeding if they are active, which is normal. If the bleeding is not as much as the menstrual volume, bed rest is sufficient, but if it is much more than the menstrual volume, you should return to the hospital in time for consultation, as improper treatment may lead to heavy bleeding. 2. Post-operative review should be paid attention to: HPV, cancer smear and colposcopy should be reviewed three months after surgery. As long as all the tests are normal, you will be examined again after six months. Once every six months, a total of six times. If they are still normal, they can be rechecked once a year. You will be checked for a total of 8 years. If there is no problem, you can rest assured. The first two years without recurrence is the most important. 3. Be sure to return to the hospital after a week to get the pathology results. Cervical conization is not only a surgery to remove lesions, but also a surgery to make a clear diagnosis, so the pathological examination results have a very important significance.
