  The clinical term rheumatoid generally refers to rheumatoid arthritis. Morning stiffness is also one of the early symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, that is, stiffness and swollen feeling in the joints after waking up in the morning, which is reduced after activity and lasts more than one hour.  With the development of the disease, if the treatment is not timely, the patient will appear rheumatoid arthritis characteristic joint deformities, such as finger joints appear similar to the swan neck “swan neck” deformity and similar to the shape of the button flower “button flower” deformity, at this time, the joint has more At this time, the joints are mostly ankylosed, and normal joint function is lost, so that they cannot perform general daily activities.  In addition, some patients with complex and severe disease may also have multiple organ damage, such as anemia, reduced white blood cells and platelets, interstitial lung fibrosis, pleural effusion, radiculitis, lower limb ulcers, and anxiety and depression.  It can be seen that rheumatoid arthritis is mainly characterized by joint symptoms and can be accompanied by systemic multi-organ damage.
