Endoscopic treatment is mainly endoscopic cautery, excision, to ensure the integrity of the excision, and after excision, routine pathological examination to rule out cancerous polyps; 2, for particularly large polyps, especially those over 2 cm, and polyps suspected of cancerous lesions, endoscopic below the general can not handle, which requires surgery. For surgical treatment, we have to do a routine pathological examination, then do a local resection of the intestinal canal, and for patients with cancerous lesions, do conventional radical surgery. After surgery, we will do further radiotherapy and chemotherapy according to the pathological examination and comprehensive treatment.
