Intrahepatic multiple cysts are not considered a very serious disease clinically, because intrahepatic multiple cysts, which are a benign lesion of the liver, are usually combined with cysts of other organs, such as the common polycystic kidney, which are usually congenitally present, most of them exist in multiple states, the borders of the cysts are relatively clear, and the cystic fluid stored within them should not be detected. Patients are often found only after ultrasound when they undergo a physical examination. Generally, if the intrahepatic multiple cysts are relatively small and do not produce clinical symptoms of pressure on the patient, they can be left untreated for the time being, and regular follow-up examinations can be performed. If the cysts are large and cause pressure symptoms or digestive symptoms, they should be treated, such as indigestion, nausea, vomiting or right upper abdominal distension, and even some patients may have intrahepatic multiple cysts combined with infection, which should be treated. Generally, when management is performed, most laparoscopic techniques are used to intervene, and laparoscopic hepatic cyst excision or hepatic cyst opening and drainage are mostly used clinically, and patients generally have a good prognosis.
