The patient, female, 77 years old, was admitted to hospital for lumbar paravertebral metastasis of ureteral carcinoma. The patient had unbearable pain, passive position and electric shock-like pain when the left lower limb was slightly moved. The patient’s pain disappeared, and with the help of family members, the patient was gradually able to lie down and reduce the pressure on the skin of sacroiliac region, and the decubitus ulcer also gradually improved, which greatly reduced the patient’s pain. Before treatment, ultrasonography showed that the internal blood supply of the tumor was rich, and after treatment, ultrasonography showed that the internal blood supply of the tumor disappeared and the tumor was inactivated.
