Bile-cardiac syndrome during ablation is a clinical syndrome in which ablation of intrahepatic lesions close to the gallbladder and through nerve reflexes causes coronary artery constriction, leading to insufficient blood supply to the coronary arteries, which in turn causes angina pectoris, arrhythmia, and even myocardial infarction and other symptoms. The main clinical symptoms: dull pain or colic of varying degrees in the precordial region, with each attack lasting for a long time, some lasting for several hours, often with palpitations, irregular heartbeat and myocardial ischemic changes on electrocardiogram.
