Indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC): 1. Symptomatic gallbladder stones. 2, Symptomatic chronic cholecystitis. 3, Gallbladder stones with diameter >75px. 4, Filled gallbladder stones. 5, Symptomatic and surgical indications of gallbladder augmentation lesions. 6.Acute cholecystitis with symptoms relieved after treatment with indication for surgery. 7.Single polyp of gallbladder with a diameter of more than 25px; those with thick tips, especially located in the neck of the gallbladder, and those who are older than 50 years old. 8.Multiple polyps of gallbladder combined with gallbladder stones; symptomatic, age greater than 50 years old. 9.Gallbladder polyp with clinical symptoms. 10.Single polyp of gallbladder, less than 10mm, asymptomatic, age less than 50 years old, allowed to observe and follow up; if the lesion is enlarged or there is a change in the morphology, it should be treated surgically. 11.Gallbladder polypoid lesion, with obvious symptoms and recurrence. 12, gallbladder polyp diameter less than 5mm asymptomatic patients should be followed up at intervals of 3 to 5 months. Once the lesion increases rapidly or the symptoms are obvious, surgery should be performed.
