Early lung cancer of 1cm can be treated. For the treatment of lung cancer, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are generally emphasized, the earlier the detection, the earlier the treatment, the higher the long-term survival rate. Therefore, lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis rarely occur in early stage of lung cancer of about 1cm, so as long as they are found, in principle, they can be treated as early as possible; as for treatment methods, if physical condition allows, surgery is preferred, and after surgery, if the lung cancer is not small cell lung cancer, follow-up adjuvant treatment is generally not needed and regular review is sufficient. If patients cannot tolerate surgery, they can consider precision radiotherapy, radiofrequency ablation surgery or molecular targeted therapy.
