What is acupuncture therapy?

       Acupuncture is a traditional acupuncture therapy in the field of acupuncture. In prehistoric times, our ancestors used acupuncture stones to puncture pus ulcers and release bad blood, which was the beginning of acupuncture therapy. Later, metal needles replaced the stones, and among modern medical needles, milli-needles and sharp needles (i.e., trigeminal needles) are most commonly used.  The common tool used in acupuncture therapy is the trigeminal needle. The site of application is selected according to the main meridians, either at the “abnormal blood channels” at the acupuncture points or locally at the painful area. Modern medicine attaches great importance to the relationship between hemodynamics, blood rheology, blood circulation and disease, and pricking and releasing blood is to prick at the application site to directly release blood to adjust the blood circulation and the normal distribution of body fluids, so as to remove blood stasis and create new blood, and to promote blood circulation, which is an effective method to improve blood circulation disorders. It is usually done once every 5 to 7 days, which is simple and convenient, and has no toxic side effects.  The basic function of acupuncture is to dredge the meridians, harmonize the qi and blood, and support the positive and eliminate the evil. The strength of the milli-needle is to regulate qi, and the strength of the trigeminal needle is to regulate blood, and the two complement each other. The two complement each other. It is common in clinical practice that the pain is relieved and the chronic disease is eliminated. The medical doctors who are good at acupuncture and moxibustion in the past generations, all of them are good at piercing the luo and achieving miraculous results.  It is also the best choice for some long-standing diseases, such as hyperviscosity, hyperlipidemia, stroke, limb numbness, neck and back pain, chronic pharyngitis, dermatitis, etc.
