What’s worse, because friends are fat, will make your subconscious feel a little fat does not matter, resulting in reduced sensitivity to weight change. We often see families in our lives are fat for this reason as well. Most fat people prefer high-calorie food, and the family eats the same, it is difficult not to become fat.  According to the above perspective, fat is also “contagious”, a person who is getting fat will bring fat friends around, but what if a fat person is losing weight?  Generally speaking, fat people who are losing weight will have the following characteristics: eat healthier and will control the amount, have a certain amount of time to exercise, more sensitive to their weight. These characteristics will also bring their own influence, so that they slowly change to this healthy lifestyle, plus have this friend as an example, they are also easy to persist. Even if that friend later fails to lose weight, he will be reminded of himself because of his example, raising his guard against becoming fat and eventually adopting a healthy lifestyle.  So when you have such a fat person around you, your correct approach should always be to remind yourself not to be influenced by them, restrain food intake, adhere to the exercise, maybe you can have a good healthy body under the influence of each other.
