Prostate cancer is a state

The development of prostate cancer is considered to be a dynamic process between the damage caused by evil and the anti-damage function of positive energy in the body. The evil is an important condition for the development of prostate cancer, and the deficiency of positive energy is an internal factor for the development of prostate cancer. In patients with advanced prostate cancer, if the positive and the evil fight with each other for a long time, the balance of the body’s yin and yang is out of balance and the function of the internal organs is out of balance, clinical manifestations such as pain, frequent urination, hematuria and urinary retention will occur. The growth of cancer tumor will further deplete the positive qi, so the deficiency of positive qi is the main state of late stage prostate cancer. It can be seen that the process of prostate cancer is the process of weakness of the body’s positive qi and the gradual invasion of evil qi taking advantage of the deficiency. Prostate cancer occurs more often in older men because of the deficiency of kidney essence and kidney qi, which is a physiological characteristic of older men. As most prostate cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage, the body suffers from prolonged invasion of cancer tumors and depletion of Qi and blood. When the cancer tumor invades the bladder or develops bone metastasis, the deficiency of both qi and yin often occurs. Especially after prostate cancer patients have undergone surgical strikes and radiotherapy and chemotherapy interventions, the positive qi will be more damaged. The clinical manifestations of advanced prostate cancer patients are mostly due to the involvement of the spleen and kidneys from the positioning of the internal organs. The kidney energy of elderly men is deficient and the yin and yang of the five organs are weaker than when they were younger. The cancerous tumors often have bone metastases, which directly damage the kidney’s function as the master of bone and water. The spleen is responsible for transporting, clearing and regulating blood. Impaired spleen function often results in decreased appetite, wasting, weakness, bleeding, edema and other symptoms. Therefore, focusing on regulating the functions of the spleen and kidney on the basis of evidence-based treatment is one of the important ideas for treating patients with advanced prostate cancer. At the same time, considering that the deficiency of positive energy is the main cause of advanced prostate cancer patients, coupled with the spread and metastasis of cancer tumors, complete elimination of cancer tumors is already a more difficult task to accomplish. If this stage is too big to pursue multiple treatments to kill the cancer tumor, it will easily cause more loss and damage to the patient’s body. Therefore, it is a more realistic goal to adopt the method of supporting and cultivating the root of the disease, try to improve the patient’s own resistance, promote appetite, reduce the patient’s discomfort, not to overemphasize the removal of cancer cells, and pursue a relatively harmonious symbiosis with cancer tumors.
