Hepatic hemangioma can be regressed by hepatic artery embolization, radiofrequency ablation and hemangioma resection. 1. Hepatic artery embolization: hepatic hemangioma is mainly due to the blood supply of hepatic artery, and embolization of hepatic artery will cause thrombus to be formed in the body of hemangioma, and then it will be mechanized and fibrotic, which will make the tumor hardened and shrunken or subsided. However, due to the rich blood vessels supplied by the hemangioma, it is easy to recur. 2. Radiofrequency ablation of hepatic hemangioma: through heat energy to make the surrounding tissues coagulate, resulting in shrinking and hardening of the tumor to achieve the therapeutic purpose, generally the therapeutic effect is obvious for tumors with a volume of ≤5cm. The necrotic tissue entering into the bloodstream during the treatment process may lead to acute renal failure, so it should be used with caution. 3. Hepatic hemangioma resection: it can be treated by open or laparoscopic treatment, and the recurrence rate is relatively low. At present, laparoscopic treatment is recommended, which has the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery and short hospitalization period. Hepatic hemangioma should go to the hospital for consultation, and follow the doctor’s advice to take appropriate treatment plan, the prognosis is generally good.
