What’s wrong with high ghrelin and triglycerides?

High alanine aminotransferase may be related to physiologic factors such as overwork, or pathologic factors such as viral hepatitis. High triglycerides may be related to poor lifestyle, genetic factors, or disease factors. 1. Elevated alanine aminotransferase (1) Physiological factors: high GATT can usually occur during strenuous exercise, overwork, late night, alcohol consumption, and during menstruation in women. (2) Pathological factors: Suffering from certain liver diseases, such as drug-induced hepatitis, viral hepatitis, fatty liver, alcoholic liver, cirrhosis of the liver, liver cancer, as well as pancreatic diseases, gallstones, biliary tract tumors, etc. may lead to elevated ASTE. 2. Elevated triglycerides (1) Poor lifestyle: such as consuming too much high salt, high fat, high sugar food, too little exercise, long-term smoking, alcoholism, etc., can cause abnormal lipid metabolism, which can lead to elevated triglycerides. (2) Genetic factors: If parents or grandparents have mixed dyslipidemia or hypertriglyceridemia, the prevalence of their children is usually higher. (3) Disease factors: such as nephritis, diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc., can cause abnormal lipid metabolism, resulting in elevated triglycerides. (4) Drug factors: If large doses of beta-blockers such as metoprolol, glucocorticoids such as prednisone, and estrogens such as ethinyl estradiol are used, it may lead to elevated triglycerides, etc. The risk of triglyceride elevation is also high. There are many other causes of high ghrelin and triglyceride, it should be recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, after clarifying the cause of the disease, under the guidance of the doctor for targeted treatment.
