How is carpal cartilage disc injury treated?

I don’t know if this is the case or if the ligaments are injured, can you diagnose the problem based on my condition? What is the treatment method? Early acute injury can be treated conservatively for 3 months, mainly by local braking, application of protective brace to limit the activity, and also local physical therapy. If after 3 months there are still symptoms or ulnar instability, arthroscopic wrist repair is recommended.
