Perilunate dislocation

The perilunate dislocation is a common dislocation of the wrist. The wrist joint has a complex structure, and the perilunate is one of the eight carpal bones of the wrist joint, so its function is important because it is the main joint that constitutes the movement of the wrist joint. The common cause of perilunate dislocation is due to the fall of the hand to the ground. After the injury, the wrist joint is swollen and painful, and the movement is limited. Because of the complex structure of the wrist bone and the complicated manifestation of the lunate dislocation X, it is often missed and misdiagnosed, resulting in serious loss of wrist joint function. The author has dealt with many cases of lunate dislocation. Acute simple lunate dislocation can be treated with plaster fixation, but complex combined ligament injury and fracture cases often require surgery. The following is a typical case of lunar bone dislocation, combined with a typical case of Zhou Hammer, Department of Hand and Microsurgery, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, Beijing, China, which has a normal lateral axis of the lunar bone and a normal lateral alignment of the wrist bone.
