Surgical treatment for refractory cervical cancer

If cervical cancer is found very late, many hospitals and doctors will feel that surgery is not possible because of the large masses. Patients lose the chance of surgery because they have no access to medical care, and despite the efficacy of radiotherapy, patients will still be very lost in their hearts. We have done many, many patients whose doctors gave up the chance of surgery. We leave ureteral stent to protect ureter before surgery, also in order to ensure the scope of surgery, in case of bladder invasion, remove the bladder lesion, suture the bladder, keep the ureter for two weeks after surgery, meanwhile the lymph nodes are widely removed and reach the anal raphe below, the surgery can remove the lesion cleanly, in fact the surgery rarely bleeds, and the patients are still mostly cured after surgery. Surgery should not be given up easily in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
