What should I do about diarrhea in children with enteritis?

Consider acute bacterial enteritis, the recurrence of the disease by oral treatment is the result of uncontrolled infection. It is recommended to consult an intestinal specialist, consider intravenous anti-inflammatory treatment, pay attention to symptoms such as fever, poor mental health, low urination, timely replenishment of fluids and electrolytes, and good skin care of the buttocks. If there is improvement in the routine stool examination, continue the oral treatment and follow up with the intestinal specialist. Temporary lactose-free formula feeding is recommended (about 2 weeks).
