How to treat cough after osteosarcoma surgery with lung metastasis?

Patient: Chondroblast osteosarcoma of the end of the right calf was detected in March 07, the right calf was amputated in May 07, CT and ECT were performed on June 5, 08, and right lung metastasis was found. The white blood cell count was as low as 600, so no more chemotherapy. Now I have metastasis in my lung and have a cough, how should I treat it?      Doctor: Although lung metastasis has been found, chemotherapy should be continued in order to control the development. If the metastasis is single or small, the metastasis can be removed by thoracic surgery. But in general, once the lung metastasis occurs, the patient’s chance of being cured is very low.
